gog-cli / Personal Google connection
Privacy policy
This policy covers Jake Schlottag's personal gog-cli connection and its use by JARVIS. Jake operates the app for accounts he owns or is authorized to use.
Data accessed
The Google consent screen lists the permissions requested. Depending on those permissions and the task, data can include:
- Account identity, email content and attachments, calendar events and attendees, contacts, files, documents, forms, and tasks.
- Data from other approved Google services used through gog-cli, including Chat, Meet, Classroom, Photos, YouTube, Analytics, Ads, Search Console, and Apps Script.
The app stores Google authorization tokens, not Google passwords. Granted permissions may allow changes when gog-cli is used directly. JARVIS's built-in Google connection performs reads.
Use and sharing
Data is used to carry out requested tasks, answer questions, prepare meetings, and produce scheduled briefings.
Relevant content is sent to the AI provider used for the task, such as Anthropic for JARVIS or OpenAI for Friday. These providers process content under the terms and data settings of the selected account.
Briefings may be delivered through private Discord channels and device notifications. Text may be sent to ElevenLabs when a spoken response is requested. These services receive the content needed for those features.
Jake does not sell Google data or use it for advertising or training general-purpose AI models. Google data is handled subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and retention
Authorization tokens are stored in encrypted credential storage on private systems. Retrieved content and summaries may remain in chat history, saved notes, delivery services, and backups until removed. There is no fixed automatic deletion period for these records.
Access to the app and stored records is restricted. External providers may retain submitted content under their own terms and account settings.
Disconnecting and deletion
Remove the app's access at Google Account connections to stop future access through that authorization.
Revoking access does not erase saved records. Contact jschlottag.1@gmail.com to request deletion of tokens and stored Google content. Copies held by external services or backups may require separate removal.
This website
These information pages contain no sign-in form, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. The hosting service may process routine request information, such as IP addresses, to serve and protect the site.
